Root Cause Run
Keyboard: arrow keys or A and D to move, Space to fire, P to pause. On a phone, use the buttons, or drag on the screen to move and fire. Every third stage is a challenge stage: the defects fly a pattern and don't shoot back.

The quality behind the game
Every defect in the formation is something a quality professional chases for real: the red nonconforming tag, the out-of-control point above the upper control limit, the rework loop and the skewed distribution of a process wandering off center.
The boss is a fishbone, the cause-and-effect diagram, because a defect keeps coming back until its root cause is found. Its beam takes your ship, and you only get it back by going after the boss itself.
The power-ups are the tools that help: the PDCA cycle shields you, a check mark speeds up your fire, and a capable process (Cpk of 1.33 or better) pays a bonus. Every two stages your sigma level rises, from 1σ up to 6σ, or 3.4 defects per million opportunities.
